'Bheema' has turned out to be the film that made the actor seriously reconsider his policies and strategies when it comes to films. After its box office fiasco, the actor has decided to completely do away with his old philosophies.
The actor has finally gone on a signing spree and has announced that he is going to star in atleast three films a year. He says that he was very aware of the problems that the film's producer was facing and that was the reason why he didn't accept any project until he completed 'Bheema'. But nobody thought that the film would take two and half years to complete.
He is now working in 'Kandaswamy'. As soon as he completes it, he'd begin a film with director Selvaraghavan.
Vikram owns an apartment pretty close to the Elliot beach in Besant Nagar, Chennai. There are rumors that he has now decided to rent the place out to a restaurant owner. The building would fetch him a monthly rent of Rs 3 Lakhs!
