Three studious heroines...
- 22.01.2008
We wouldn't be surprised if Malayalam film industry is the only one in the entire world in which so much importance is given to education!
Atleast three busy young heroines are seen with their academic books on the sets of their films these days.
Navya Nair will soon return to Kerala to star in a Malayalam film. She is now pursuing her MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Her exams will begin next month.
Ramya Nambeeshan is a busy actress in Telugu. But whenever she finds time, she rushes back to Ernakulam and goes to her college, St Theresa College, where she is doing her Final year BA Communicative English.
At the beginning of the academic year (sometime in June last year), Muktha announced that she is not going to work in films because she wanted to complete her SSLC exams. But the kind of offers that she had been getting was so good that she didn't have the heart to refuse. She is now studying at a private tutorial-college in Chalakudi and plans to write her Class X exams in Tamilnadu.
